currently, we are looking for brand ambassadors and event coordinators to represent our company and expand our brand in ohio and kentucky. The ideal candidates will be energetic and organized with the ability to work independently - and have experience (or desire to gain experience) in event management, fundraising & Development, marketing, sales, and/or finance. a background in sports (playing and/or coaching), or experience working with elementary school pto/pta/ptcs is helpful but not required.
day-to-day responsibilities:
brand ambassadors and most entry-level candidates will join us at already-scheduled events and help us make the fundraising events go smoothly. this role includes creating a fun environment for participants, interacting with parents/coaches, ensuring forms are organized and complete, and representing our company professionally.
event coordinators and event managers have more independence in their duties, and gradually run their own events. they actively identify potential partners (prospecting), network, build relationships, and establish lasting partnerships with our #fundraisingmadeeasy model.
compensation will be on a per-assignment basis. college students and recent grads are encouraged to apply, we can modify this position as a paid internship if it meets your degree requirements. event coordinators and event managers can earn commissions and a monthly stipend in addition to event “base pay.”
